Ship Trip
We have been picking up Daddy from the office after work daily nowadays, which kind of play havoc with our walkie schedule. However, we do get to enjoy views such as the one above, a gorgeous view right after sunset at the bay.
The other day, however, was special, because Logos Hope, the floating book fair, was back.
The ship was here a couple of months back, and we did go up to look around. Why, Daddy even bought quite a few books! The only thing was that Mama did not get to bring her camera there. Then the fair was closed as the ship went through repair work at the dock. That was slightly after Easter. So... seven months since, we finally got our picture. Haha...
We came straight from picking up Daddy at work. The sun had just set. Daddy and Kecil so kindly indulge this Mama as she took a couple of pics, but you can tell that Kecil couldn't quite wait to get on the ship.
So off we went up the gangplank.
This Mama did not quite take a lot of picture inside though. We all got too busy browsing, but only Mama came home with 2 cooking books. Haha. Kecil was happy enough with the coin slot machine. Oh, and the simulation deck!
We had fun visiting the ship. If you were in Subic, you can visit the ship until Dec, 11, after which it is to sail to Hong Kong. Apart from various regular books, you can also get cheap text books (for personal use only).
As for Mama, you can find her sighing over her new cooking books and her gem of a pic from that evening.
Cheers!
